Mae Strategaeth Teithio Llesol CSF yn canolbwyntio ar deithiau o dair milltir neu lai. Mae hyn yn golygu gwneud teithio llesol yn ddewis naturiol cyntaf ar gyfer teithiau lleol trwy wella seilwaith ar gyfer teithio ar droed, olwyn neu feic i gysylltu pobl \u00e2 chyrchfannau allweddol o fewn cymunedau.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a5156e e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"5a5156e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cbb06a2 elementor-widget-mobile__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cbb06a2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Mae Cyngor Sir Fynwy wedi blaenoriaethu datblygu llwybr teithio llesol amgen ar gyfer y ATNM, sef MCC-A01A, gan gynnig pont gerdded, olwynion a beicio (&#8216;teithio llesol&#8217;) i lawr yr afon o Bont Wysg. Mae Pont Wysg, y bont gerbydau rhwng Llan-ffwyst a&#8217;r Fenni ar Heol Merthyr, wedi&#8217;i nodi ers tro fel man gwahanu ar gyfer teithio llesol, ac nid yw newidiadau i&#8217;r bont ffordd hanesyddol yn bosibl, oherwydd ei bod yn strwythur rhestredig.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-84c5fd8 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"84c5fd8\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-331a7e7 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"331a7e7\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bb51cd2 elementor-widget-mobile__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bb51cd2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Mae Cyngor Sir Fynwy wedi sicrhau \u00a310.4m o Gronfa Teithio Llesol Llywodraeth Cymru ar gyfer adeiladu&#8217;r bont a&#8217;r llwybrau cysylltu. Bydd adeiladu&#8217;r bont yn dechrau yn 2026, gyda&#8217;r gwaith graddol yn parhau tan 2028.<\/p><p>Mae lefelau afonydd a chyfyngiadau ecolegol yn effeithio ar amseriad y gwaith.<\/p><p><strong>Bydd y gwaith yn cynnwys:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Pont hygyrch i gerddwyr a beiciau ar draws Afon Wysg. Y bont fydd y brif groesfan afon ar gyfer cerdded, teithio ar olwynion a beicio rhwng Llan-ffwyst a&#8217;r Fenni, fel dewis arall yn lle&#8217;r bont ffordd bresennol, ac yn annog newid moddol o ganlyniad.<br \/><br \/>Mae strwythur y bont wedi&#8217;i gynllunio i gael perthynas gadarnhaol a pharchus \u00e2&#8217;r bont garreg gyfagos a&#8217;r amgylchedd cyfagos, a bydd yn gadarn ac yn wydn mewn gorlifdir sy&#8217;n profi llifogydd rheolaidd, sylweddol.
